This school has some of the most dedicated professionals I have ever met. Principal Gutierrez is a portrait of what a great principal should be. Her poise and grace transcendes lives every day. She is supported by a cast of individuals who combine experience talent and pure creativity to enrich the lives of our students. Murchison is able to take what the district gives them and make miracles. I would like to especially recognize Principal Gutierrez constant support for the Arts and Dance. Principal Gutierrez and Drill Team Coach Natalie Ortega have worked together for over 7 years with underpriveleged boys and girls in the world of dance. It is because of them that Murchison can be proud of something more than just the day to day smiles they provide. Our young dancers have experiences National Championships and have travelled across the country showcasing their talents. It is schools like this that should be highlighted for doing things although no one is looking. Murchison is really a great school.
