My daughter was late for school today because I had some issues after work this morning. I called the school to tell them the issue and that she was late due to it being my fault. For some backwards reason they are going to make my daughter pay for my mistake. What kind of example are we setting for these kids with policies like this? And for what? To make number? Fill quotas? Why must she be in trouble for something another person did? When is a parents word not good enough anymore? Apparently I need a PHD for them to give my word any credit? Terrible...Terrible policy...I feel like a bad father now for putting my daughter through this..must look for a better school...where a parents word is still creditable! Very good example of quota over kids in my opinion!

The classes may be boring or fun on days but the teachers speak to you like you're friends. The students always joke around with each other to the point where they get in trouble for calling the teachers by their first name...

My daughter and I love the school because they care about the children learning always achieving their best. My daughter is a straight A student. The principle and vice principle are great and they care about the students. Great leadership and discipline. Both my nieces who are now 18 and 19 years old attended the school and are now in college. Finally they have great teachers who push their students to learn and never give up. They can achieve whatever they put their minds to with the help of their school system and parents

My daughter is completing her first year at the Daley Middle School and she loves it! She's a straight A student not only because she is intelligent but because the teachers instill a wonderful environment. She has fun learning. She loves her teachers and has many friends of all backgrounds and feels very safe and secure inside the building and out. She actually looks forward to going to school. Communication between the school and parents is second to none. The teachers care greatly for each and every child and go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that each student reaches their full potential. Everyone from Principal Skinner Assistant Principal Doyle to the teachers to the support staff should be highly commended for the work they put into their jobs each and every day. They truly care and it shows.

My child is now attending the school. They are great. I recomend the Daley to all my friends whos children will be moving onto Middle School soon. The students develop skills at the daley that children will most likely not develop at other nearby middle schools. They have assemblies on drugs bullying ETC.They make the children aware of what can happen to you in reality instead of just 'telling them when they are older'. I really like that school.

I have a child who just started at the Daley Middle School. It is one of the best things I have done for my son. He is enjoying it and doing alot better with every task he takes on. The school I removed him from could learn from the staff of the Daley Middle School. thank you to all staff members.
