I am a former student of Milford Catholic Elementary School and only have amazing things to say about it. This school has given me a great foundation. I cannot express with words how amazing the teachers are and not to mention how considerate and friendly the staff members are. I highly recommend looking into this school. Thank you for your time.

Milford Catholic is a wonderful school for our three children. They are in a safe nurturing environment and they are happy. They performed well on the standardized tests given at Milford Catholic; these are the Terra Novas and they are different from the MCAS which public schools use. The Milford Catholic students' scores on the Terra Nova tests are at the national average; they are right where they should be for the different grade levels. My children are progressing well and I believe that this school is the right choice for them.

This school has ended up being a disaster for my son and I wish I had pulled him out 2 years ago. The standardized test scores (NOVA) for the 4th 5th and 6th grade on average are signifcantly lower in Math and Science than the local public schools. If you actually care about your child's success in math and science do not send them to MCES-you are wasting you money. The facilities are awful too. I would not be surprised if this school closed due to funding. If they can't maintain their buildings-how are they going to pay their teachers?

My five children have attended Milford Catholic. 2 have graduated and are doing very well in high school. My oldest has been accepted to the colleges of his choice. My younger three are still at MCES. All of my children have been valued and respected as students by the faculty and staff. Over the past year the principal has added an After School Care Program Foreign Languages Newspaper Club and Book Club. I also love that the fine arts are valued and taught by competant professionals. I live in a neighboring town and could send my children to a highly touted public school system but have opted to send them to Milford Catholic because the education is very strong and the values (respect for others personal responsibility and honesty) that my husband and I want our children to learn are taught and strengthened in a loving way at Milford Catholic.

This is a true gem. My daughter is in the 2nd grade and we could not be happier. All of her teachers truly care about her academic performance and instill a solid sense of morals and faith. This school fosters a sense of 'family' and caring for one another. I have investigated many other schools both private and public and I would not change. I believe she is being well prepared for her future.

So far my child has only gone through K and 1st grade. We are very happy with the quality of his education so far. We also like that the children are taught morals not just the 3 Rs.
