Wisconsin Student Assessment System (WSAS)

In 2011-2012 Wisconsin used the Wisconsin Student Assessment System (WSAS), which includes the WKCE and WAA, to test students in grades 3 through 8 and 10 in math and reading, and in grades 4, 8 and 10 in language arts, science and social studies. The WSAS is a standards-based test, which means it measures how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Wisconsin. The goal is for all students to score at or above the proficient level.

This is a great school. Hard working students and teachers. A lot of the kids come from St. Marys which is the best grade school in the city. It could use some help in the sports area. They focus to much on certain sports and cater to a few families which is really sad to see. But being a small town I guess that happens. The Band is awesome great leader there that includes everyone no matter what. The art progam is wonderful. I can't say enough about the vleadership there.
