It's a pretty good school and I have to admit over the past three years I have had some GREAT teachers who have definitely made my education a LOT better. West has an amazing band program and a very strong Battle of the Books team (great coaches) and plenty of sports. I have enjoyed all three of my years at West McDowell and will miss it greatly next year.

Can't get a return email from teachers much less a phone call. NEVER seen a smile on a single staff face since the beginning of school. No one ever seems to know an answer to anything. Very disappointed...unfortunately its the only public school in the district I guess.
