This is my daughter's first year at this school and hopefully the last. My daughter brings home homework that the teacher has never gone over before. Luckily I can help her with homeworks and questions she brings home. The parent/ teacher conference happened two days after I had my newborn then I called the teacher's Ext and I left a message asking for an accommodation maybe a conference call instead and I was never called back. Finally I got to speak with someone from the Admins office who told me my daughter s teacher would call me to provide feedback on my daughter s performance but another 5 months have passed and I haven't got the call. My daughter was in a top of the line at Jaworek Elementary School last year and so was I. Not just the teachers but the entire organization seems to work together on the commitment to serve the community. Whitcomb instead has the worse communication system I have ever seen and horrible customer services. Every time I have called that place I was never allowed to finish my sentence. They are always on rush to answer you and hang up on you. Room for improvement would be communication and respect for parents and students.

This is my daughters first year at this school indeed in this district. At the beginning of the year I received a letter from the school district saying federal guidlines required that I be informed that this is a sub standard school and if I did not want my daughter in the school I can enroll her... in a Hudson school but ended by saying all the Hudson schools where filled to capacity. Leaving me with a feeling of helplessness and hoplessness. My daughter tells me the teachers spend their time with the low end students. That they have little time for students they feel are smart enough. She brings home homework that she says the teacher never checks. Homework that the teacher has never gone over before hand. The parent teacher conference was rushed and minimally informative. My daughter was in a top of the line school before this one. She was a top student. Her teachers were very enthusiastic about her. I am very concerned about the changes that I see in her this year. She has always loved school always been enthusiastic about her studies. This is the first year she has ever said she hates school. I am very worried and concerned about her going to this school.
its very big! i dont think 7th grade should be with the 4th graders! but i love the school! theres not that many bullies
