I can honestly say my second child will never go to Lincoln Elementary. I didn't want to rate Lincoln poorly until my child left there. All children can bend the truth and I wanted to make sure that my child was not just being a boy whom didn't like school. What a difference I have seen in him since he has changed schools. He went from "I hate school" "I don't like school" and "I don't want to go to school" to liking and wanting to participate in school again. The teachers lack respect for the students and the principal lacks respect for the parents. The teachers lack attention to detail and will excuse issues that should be resolved with parent and principal involvment. When it is convenient for them some teachers will try to resolve an issue days and even weeks after the incident occured when it should have been addressed that day. I do believe that the Marshfield School District is one to be proud of however this school staff and leadership should be addressed.

High teacher retention really makes this school what it is. They care about each and every student and want them to be successful. There is no other elementary school in the district that I would send my children to.
We have loved Lincoln! The teachers have been amazing. The principal is amazing. And the communication with the parents has been wonderful. Parents are welcomed and encouraged to be part of their child's learning process. In addition the PTO is incredible!
From my experiences with this school I would never recommend it. Most of the home room teachers were great! However other staff members at the school and the principal himself were disrespectful towards my child and me on numerous occasions. Instead of the principal "guiding students to become the best they can be" I found him discouraging my child & lowering my child's self esteem frequently. During my chlid's time there grades were poor participation in class was poor attitude towards school friends and life was poor. I have since placed my child in a new school and am more than pleased to see my child excited about school having spectacular grades and being an overall happier child in life! Bittersweet.
This school is lucky to have a principal who cares about guiding all students to become the best they can be no matter what their personal challenges might be.
This school is excellent my son loves going to this school and the teachers are great they are willing to help you with anything you need help with and there PTO is great.
I feel the school its slef is excellant My child enjoys going to school almost every day. Normal child. He is experiencing more friends and working together.
