I am very blessed to attend Augusta Christian for 2 years now. Coming from public school I never knew what it was like to have a teacher actually care and here they do. Teachers will work with you to help foster your education to the best of their abilities. The teachers want you to succeed and will help you become successful. Each is also spiritually wise. You can go to any teacher in the school and they will help you and pray with you. I love Augusta Christian and I am so glad my parents have enrolled me here.

My daughter has been in public schools until her freshman year of high school when we placed her at Augusta Christian. She loves this school and the administration. She is working harder academically than ever before but she feels encouraged and motivated by her teachers. The administration communicates very well with the parents. The sports programs are encouraged regardless of ability. It is not a stuffy Christian school but a school that promotes strong Christian based values at the core of their teaching. We have been so blessed by this school! I highly recommend Augusta Christian as a great value and educational experience.

A great school excellent teacher principal and staff. My daughter loves this school. It is worth every dime I pay to attend this school. I pray that God continue to bless develop and build this school to the highest level of education.

The school is excellent. They have a more rigorous program than all of the other Columbia County public schools in addition to providing the best program for ensuring that students have a great all around education spirtually academically and with sports. The rigor of their academic program is excellent and my child has just blossomed beyond my wildest dreams. The best decision I have ever made and I am a public educator who wanted a better - Christian education for my child than what the public schools can offer.

The school of Talent Development was a tremendous blessing to my family. My child graduated from this program which was created for children with MILD learning disabilities and continued to collage earning a spot on the deans list. I think that speaks for itself.

My two daughters went to Augusta Christian; my youngest took classes in the Talent Development program. The principal teachers and assistants were so supportive of my daughter that her confidence level soared. She still talks of them with fond memories and relates how much they encouraged her. She is now a college student who knows how to study well thanks to the time and energy they put into helping her prepare for the rigors of college. Her Talent Development principal showed wisdom in guiding her toward the best choice of classes for her particular learning style. I appreciated the highly individualized approach that was offered in the classes which have a low student/teacher ratio with an assistant available for one-on-one help whenever needed. This unique program of the Talent Development cannot be found anywhere else in this area and I highly recommend Augusta Christian Schools for anyone with learning disabilities or any other needed remediation needs. What a wonderful program!!!

Our boys have been at this school for the past two years. They have grown spiritually socially and academically. Our oldest is in the Talent Development program graduating this year. His teachers have prayed with him daily and have mentored him through daily issues in school with tremendous positive results! I am so impressed by the level of professionalism and spiritual focus each teacher and administrator maintains for each individual student. I recommend this school highly above the others in this area.

I have had 3 children go through Augusta Christian School. Two of my children in Honors Program and one in Talent Development. I feel my children received an excellent education that was both academically challenged and spiritually encouraged to be all God would have them to become! The teachers mentor and pray with my children. The foundation they have received is priceless!!!

I love Augusta Christian. I have had all three of my children attending the school and I have felt blessed every day. We have had the best teachers and access to great academics arts and sports activities. My kids are involved in many different aspects and I like the fact that all three of my very different children feel at home here. This school is definitely worth a look.

We absolutely love Augusta Christian. We have two sons who have attended since pre-K. Our oldest is entering the 10th grade this year. The word that best describes Augusta Christian is family. 12 years ago when we first visited ACS both my wife and I got the same feeling about the closeness of the ACS faculty and families attending the school. The teachers genuinely care about the kids' spiritual and academic growth. We are fortunate to be able to afford to send our kids to ACS but we have never felt left out or isolated because we could not donate money to the school. We do not know anyone who feels that way. As far as kids with special needs ACS has an exceptional program Talent Development. We encourage you to visit ACS. Our country needs Christian-educated leaders now more than ever!

If I could use one word to describe Augusta Christian Schools it would be 'family.' From the administration to the teachers to the maintenance staff everyone is caring and loving. The teachers truly care about the students and desire the very best for them. The administration listens to concerns and is constantly striving to improve the school. The fine arts teachers are wonderful and the coaches are godly caring men and women who teach godly principles and life lessons. I think Augusta Christian is the best kept secret in Augusta and I would not think of sending my children anywhere else!

Please consider any other private school in Augusta before applying to this school. Particularly if your child has special needs. This administration will not work with your child or protect them from inappropriate actions from other students Instead they will be asked to leave permanently. You will be given no notice or warning. The Christian beliefs that led our family to choose this school were not present in dealing with our child. Please be aware to enroll your child in this school is a hugh mistake. Our family is dealing with the aftermath - and it's not pretty!

Beware! Augusta 'Christian' School is not what they (The Administration and Board of Directors) want you to think it is. Postings on July 5 2007 and July 28 2007 were absolutely true and we second their comments. The student body is shrinking every year because the tuition keeps going up and parents and students alike are not getting the proverbial 'bang for their buck' unless they have lots more bucks to give the school every time they ask for money money money! Across the board from Academics and Athletics to Discipline and Grades - every aspect of the school is Financially 'Who's Who' driven - no one set of rules applies to everyone - you are treated differently according to how much you're worth (and can ultimately give the school) and who you are / who you know. Don't waste your money it's not worth it!!!

We have been at the school for 10 years. The christian foundation that our children have received from the Godly teachers and staff at this school is the most important part of their education. Without a christian worldview children do not get a true view of their world. I feel it is important to begin kindergarten with a christian education - - With a excellent atletic dept and fine arts department - We wouldn't have our child anywhere else.

We love the school and the staff I feel at complete ease when my daughter is there and I know that she is getting a good solid foundation.

Augusta Christian Schools has been like a second home to my family for the past 19 years. All four of my children graduated from Augusta Christian. They not only received a wonderful education but successfully continued their higher education. The teachers and staff were extremely loving and caring and still always ask me about my children. Augusta Christian was the third leg of the stool - family church and school and they taught our children the things that we taught them at home. Not only did our children receive a great education but they participated in award winning fine arts sports drama and other wonderful activities. I would not trade anything for the years we spent at ACS. It really is true that if 'you train up a child in the way he should go when he is old he will not depart from it.'

The worst private Christian school experience we ever had.

Augusta Christian Schools is such an important part of our family. We have grown so much spritually because of our involvement in ACS. This is our twelfth year at ACS and we have enjoyed every minute of it. My only regret is that we did not start our oldest children here in Kindergarten. ACS partners with the church and family to provide an academically and spiritually challenging learning environment. We are totally committed to ACS now and in the future.

Our family loves ACS! We are starting our 9th year and while it is not a perfect school it is the best alternative to public school for us. Our daughters are active in sports and receive not only tremendous support from their coaches but their teachers as well. I have seen firsthand many relationships built between my daughters and their peers and the teachers coaches and staff that has been very satisfying. I love the fact that ACS is a 'small' school small enough that my daughters do not 'fall through the cracks' as I fear they would if they were in public school. My 10th grader and 7th grader do not want to go anywhere else. It has been a tremendous financial investment but one our family feels is very worth it!

We were very unsatisfied with the school's administration and staff. They shave the truth. The administration is very politically minded (favors) toward families who make large donations to the school. There is no true financial oversight of fund raising efforts. They misrepresent financial matters and it seems they are accountable to no one. The organization is full of cliques and cronyism. The staff gossips and tattles on one another. Good teachers who don't fit in have their character assassinated by gossip. Beware... if you question anything that's going on you'll be ostracized. If you turn a blind eye to their shenanigans they'll welcome you with open arms! They'll even help your kids get 'A's'.
