The staff at Oak Knoll goes out of the way to help my special-needs son have a positive middle school experience.

I love this school! The staff is simply amazing our building is a clean and healthy learning enviroment. I'm currently in my second year here and I'm loving every second of it. All the students and staff are friendly helpful and overall just awesome!

While the staff seen in the main office may be quite rude and the principal is hardly seen the teachers are amazing and make up for these terrible misfortunes.

This is my second year at Oak Knoll and I love it there. I am now in 7th grade and my favorite part about the school is the students. Most students are nice and welcoming and we love it when there are kids that come in the middle of the year. And I love the bullying program at our school. I really like our 7th grade guidance counselor Mrs. Pittman she is so nice and supportive. If you are being bullied and you talk to her she really makes you feel better and punishes the students fairly. I came from a private school and the kids at Oak Knoll are so much nicer and well brought up. Also the school is kept in really good condition and so is the high school Hanover High School. I also love being on the sports teams. We have a really good athletic program.

This school overall is OK. The only great thing is the building. Otherwise this isn't the best place ever. Chickahominy Middle (nearby) had better teachers and better kids overall. The place was much better and the education standards were MUCH higher and the kids were MUCH smarter
