I'm at a lost when it comes to finding the correct words to describe the atmosphere here. Winridge is a school that educates students from K-5th grade. Let me start by saying this at this very moment there are children in the hallway keeping up noise e.g. clapping stomping yelling the thing is there is always a number of children keeping up noise. There seems to be very little structure in the hallways. Some of the teachers appear to be much less than professional. They holler all day long they don't or perhaps can't speak to the children in a decent indoor tone. Perhaps its is not the teachers fault it may just be that if they don't raise their voices the children won't listen I don't know your guess is as good as mine. I do believe that it is a trickle down effect. The disposition of the teachers and students all probably trickle down from the head of the school. That's just a hypothesis since I've never met the principal. I've met the financial secretary. The financial secretary is one of the first people you will encounter in this school sense she is stationed in the Main Office. Since I'm running out of space let me say this in brevity she has a terrible attitude!!!!!!!

Winridge has some great teachers. They do the best they can with what they are given and are dedicated to helping their students succeed. They are caring and compassionate with the kids.
