I have been very pleased with the teachers and staff. My son now has a love of reading and I contribute this to his 3rd grade teacher Mrs. Cox. We are looking forward to the 4th grade and another great year.
This year has given an entire new feel to the school. We have been so pleased with the positive interactions that we see on a daily basis. Thank you to the enire staff for all of their hard work to make my child feel welcome and learn to her potential.
We recently enrolled in Holly Harshman this year. We have been so pleased. The teachers are amazing and do an excellent job at meeting my child's needs and making me feel comfortable.
We just enrolled my granddaughter in this school and for the first time in over two years she announced to us 'I love this school!' It is a miracle! Thanks to the principal office staff school nurse the teachers and students for making this happen!
Very positive staff excellent results good parental involvement another solid public school in Mena.
I had a child in HHE this last school year and it was amazing. He had always played sick to try and stay home at his old school and last year the child didn't miss a single day. That's how much he loved the school and his teacher. With her help he went from getting D's the year before to on the Honor Roll all last school year. I can't say enough praise for the school that gave my child the confidence to know he can do anything!
I have a child at HHE and I feel the school is lacking in parent teacher relationships. The school doesn't really have much to offer a child in extracurriclar activities except in sports. The principal isn't very involved in meeting the parents well that's how I see it anyway.
