I moved my child here from another school and was surprised at how different one school could be from another one in the same school system. The 1st grade class was small and their teacher (Mrs. Clark)was very attentive. She leads a structured classroom and expects her children to work to their best ability. My child loved her and I found her very easy to work with. I hope that my child will continue to excel through the years. I do feel however that the extracurricular teachers could improve in their attitudes and bring something new to the classes. This school has received a lot of new students this year from one of the other schools closing down. Hopefully this will not interfere with the teachers' ability to teach effectively or with the safety and security of this school now that the classroom sizes are larger.
