We have three children in the Monticello Schools - one at Little Mountain Elementary one at Monticello Middle School and one at Monticello High School. Our experiences have been wonderful - at the elementary level they have had extremely attentive and receptive teachers who work with them and us to challenge them and provide the best possible learning experience. At the middle school and high school level they have continued to be challenged and have had very rewarding social interactions with their teachers as well. They love their schools their classes and their extracurricular activities. We believe very strongly in the merits of a public school education and feel that our children are receiving an outstanding education.

I was a new student in the 05-06 school year. The students there were really nice and they don't judge you by your looks as soon as you walk in the door. A good percentage of them judge you on your personality. They are called the 'Monticello Magic' for a reason. The building is wonderful I felt like I was in a castle fit for a princess the students are nice and the teachers are friendly.Everyone I know that has moved away really wants to go back to MHS. I have attended 7 schools in my life due to being in a military family and it is by far the greatest school i've ever been to. I truly had a 'magical' experience there.
