My graddaughter entered Mooingsport in 4th grade last year. We were extremely pleased with her teachers and the administration. She really loved the school.

The teachers are really involved with the students and the parents. If I had a problem then the teachers and the rest of the school was there to help. I love the extra curricular activities available and the tutoring help after school. My child has been doing great since we pulled her out of the magnet program and placed her in Mooringsport. The office is really helpful and they are always willing to help. I would recommend this school to anyone that moves into this area.

Mooringsport Elementary is head by a very cordial and accessible principle. I did not have the opportunity to meet and bond with many teachers at the school but two of the three teachers I met displayed sincere personal concern when it came to my child's growth and development at school. I would like to see better communication between the teacher-student-parent. The Administrative Staff at the school is super! I find the employees to be knowledgeable and readily available to assist you the parent.
