As a parent I will have to say this is the best school in the county by far! The teachers administrators and staff are truly vested in the success of every child in the district. Morris Public School consistently holds the highest API scores in the county. This students in this district excel in all areas; academics athletics band Vo-Ag etc. The school is always looking for ways to expand & improve. Morris is a financially sound district as evidenced by their expansion projects. A great community to live in though a bit expensive compared to surrounding communiites but definitely worth the extra expense to have your child(ren) attend this top notch school!

I have 2 children in this school system. We have been very impressed with the time and investment each teacher has put into our childrens success and well being. The teachers at Morris are not only good role models but become friends too. The principal is one of the best we've ever known. When Morris implemented the Great Expectations program it put them over the top. Proud to be an Eagle!

One of the best teaching staff in the state. They not only teach the children but also care about them away from the classroom. The leadership cares about morals and character. Most schools dare to do anything morally right because they fear that big brother (government) will get on to them or take away funding. My hat is off to those that wont sacrifice their belief in God nor their family values.

I went to Morris Elementary and now my daughter is going. She is in the 5th Grade and is loving it. Her teacher are caring and want all the children to succeed. They keep me informed and love what they do. There is a positive atmosphere because of the small teacher to student ratio. The curriculm are challenging yet fun. So I believe Morris Elementary is doing what they need to prepare there students for the future.

my boys have only been here for 1 year they are already making better grades than they did at the other school they attend. They love it here and the teachers are really teaching things that keep them interested in coming everyday. My husband was raised here and I have heard nothing but good stuffabout the school program and I must admit its wonderful my boys are proud of the grades they bring home and they trust the teachers not like before. I would tell everyone this small town is well worth moving to so your children have a chance at a good education.

In the few years that my children have attended Morris Elementary I have been impressed with the establishment. The teachers are excited about the program they teach and take seriously their teaching position. My children love school and love their teachers. They have excelled and continue to excell in their academics. This school offers art music and PE. The atomosphere is controlled and safe. The children behave well. They have many incentives that encourage the children in good behavior as well as academics. Parent involement is high. As far as public schools go this school is achieving excellence. (The cafeteria has a salad bar with lunch it also has fresh fruit as well. This is also important to me.)
