   Register
   Sign up to begin submitting mortgage quotes. Once you apply, we'll confirm that you're an actual mortgage lender. You will need to pay a one-time application fee of $25 to help cover confirmation costs done by a leading independent third party. After registering, fill out your profile to showcase your unique strengths by highlighting your experience, specialties, and certifications.

   Search Mortgage Requests
   Once Zillow confirms you and your business information, you may save searches and sign up for e-mail alerts when matching mortgage requests come in. You will also be able to view loan requests and associated quotes from other lenders before submitting an unlimited number of loan quotes.

   Submit Mortgage Quotes
   Respond promptly with accurate mortgage quotes based on information provided by anonymous borrowers. Borrowers will review responses and will contact the lenders they like. This unique approach — in which borrowers contact the lenders — saves lenders valuable time from chasing weak leads, since only serious borrowers who have reviewed lenders' ratings, quotes and profiles will likely take the time to contact lenders.
