They can be the richest most educated school in the state but if they can't stop the bullying then the school is no good in my opinion. Too much bullying allowed to go on here and nothing ever gets done about it. I give the school a D+

I am very impressed with not only the quality of education that Sloan offers but also the level of 'caring' they extend to every child. In addition the school is very involved with the community and offer a wide variety of activities that allow the children to be well-versed in a variety of areas. The teachers are excellent about keeping in touch with parents and staying on top of the the education of their students. Very impressed and happy with the Franklin Regional School District as a whole.
The building is wonderful and very kid-friendly. The majority of the teachers have been techaing for many years. The school used to be very welcoming of parents; however the current principal changed many of the school policies and now it is not so easy for parents to be part of the daily activities at school. One of the counselors Mr. Kelly is very competent. Overall Sloan is a good school but could definitely be better.
Best of the Best! Great teacher lots of specials (aka Gym Art Creative Art Music etc)
