An overall good school. WORKLOAD 6th is normal 7th is a good amount 8th is barely anything. CURRICULA Religion is a great class. The teachers are very good at what they teach and you are prepared for going to a Catholic high school. The science program is great with 70+ lab reports a year. The math program stinks (see below). Everything else is pretty decent except for the Technology (computer) class which focuses on all the wrong things. TEACHERS The teachers are really excellent. The administration is so-so and there are a few sour tarts but the really good teachers make up for it all. FACILITIES Sub-par. The school's area is constricted which is understandable but it does not make up for the deplorable computers for student use extremely dated and rarely-used laptops and sluggish or sometimes nonexistent Internet. Only one congested staircase - people frequently get hurt. Bathrooms are always in bad shape. Desks are covered with ink daily by rowdy students. At a 1 000-attendee Catholic high school not a single desk was so much as scratched. Some other problems The Math Honors classes are based on a spoils system and not grades. There is only a basketball team.

I am a student at mhms going into the eighth grade. do not pay attention to the review bellow that gave the school 3 stars because the arguments stated against the school are no longer relevant. Now the teachers do make a strong effort to stay after school to help us as best as possible! the work load is fair and you learn a lot! This is really a great school to send your kids to!

I go to Monsignor Hadad Middle School this very day and I enjoy it. I am in the Seventh Grade and my teachers are very nice. Before I went to MHMS I didn't understand Spanish until my 6th grade Spanish teacher helped me and raised my from D+'s to B+'s. I enjoy the principal and all the benefactors of the school and how we help a charity every month.i have experienced small 'bulling' problems but I have friends and a good time at MHMS!!

The philosophy of Monsignor Haddad Middle School is what a parent looks for in a school. The principal is implementing the philosophy to the best of her ability. Now all we need is for the teachers to jump on board to work as a team to make MHMS the best middle school possible. Most teachers do not stay after school for extra help. Truly the workload is on the children without the support of the teachers. The workload is extremely light in grade eight. The facility is magnificent now let's just tweak the teachers.

I love this school. The teachers are very talented and are willing to help the children. The teachers also do a very good job at preparing your child for high school send your child here it is worth the tuition.

This school is most unsatisfactory. The work load is so heavy; my child had no free time at all. The public school system is much better.

It is an excellent middle school. The teachers are always after school for help if it is needed. As a graduate from Monsignor Haddad Middle School and now a student at a university in New York I can honestly say I was more prepared then most people I went to high school with. You are taught to write labs be organized study and work hard for your grades. It is a tough middle school but you will be more then prepared for any future education.
