I agree with the last review. My daughter went here for a short period of time. The principal told me if I had not found a home church by a certain date that she would not be able to attend the following year. She was also very entitled. It was her way or the highway. She started soccer and the coaches were there every practice having them do push ups for missing goals but no water to hydrate them until I complained. Also there was not a coach in sight the first game. Just high school students monitoring the game. When I asked another parent about this the coach emailed me and told me that gossiping with other parents would not be tolerated and was not very Christian like. ....hmmmm. This school is all about money and if you are a scholarship family you are treated differently. I pulled my daughter out and she will never be going back. This is a Christian school but most of the faculty do you not behave this way. Christ should be the center of this school not $$$$$$$.

This school is only interested in taking your money and not so much in educating students. The teachers and administrators are quite content to sit by watching students fail without alerting parents or attempting to help their students succeed. I am a proponent of private school education but CAI is a waste of money. If you are looking for a quality education for your money this is not the school for you!

In our ninth year! Very happy with the school and believe the price is well worth it. Christ like basics will set these children in the proper direction for a life time.

My 6th grader has two hours of homework a night- way too much for the age. My child went to CAI for elementary and enjoyed it and I thought the elementary teachers were great. However the middle school is a joke- poor teaching too much homework and no leadership from administrators. The same teachers that teach the 8th graders teach the 6th graders and evidently can't make the distinction between the two. The majority of the work is nothing but busy work. I've been very dissappointed with the lack of flexibility on part of the school. Also if you pay the tution and don't like the school they stick you with the full bill for the entire year. Not a great way to run a school.

We feel very blessed to have Christian Academy here in southern Indiana. The challenges our children will face in the future as adults are very different than the ones we have today as parents. Christian Academy has prepared our 3 children spiritually academically and socially in partnership with us as parents to be effective disciples for the Kingdom. If you desire Christ centered values and a Biblical worldview in the education of your children we feel that Christian Academy is THE choice in southern Indiana.

CAI is the most wonderful school. The only drawback being the tuition ($5000.00 + per child). The kids are pushed to excel academically as well as taught responsibility respect and self-control. My kids have been there for 4 years and we pray that we will be able to continue until graduation. The teachers and staff are engaging with the students as well as the parents. We are very thankful for the perfect combination on christian teaching and academic excellence.

This school is a wonderful school. It is a safe place for childern to learn and grow. I go to CAI and we are ahead of most schools and we an have excellent reading program. I love this school and I would recommend this school to any Christian Family looking for a good school to go to.

As a grandparent of three children at CAI I can tell you that this is a wonderful place to teach children and nurture them. The faculty is wonderful and caring.

What a fabulous school!! I couldn't say more great things about CAI. From the first-class facilities to the warm and friendly staff to the Gospel shared openly and honestly you won't find better in Christian Education. I won't send my kids anywhere else!

Our daughter attended the last 2 years of high school here and it was absolutely the best 2 years of school she has ever had. We just regret not sending her sooner. The staff and teachers are the very best. They truly care about the students and their future. I cannot recommend them enough. We are truly blessed to have such a great school.

Christian Academy is the place to be if you are looking for a Christ centered education. I can tell you coming from a public school my 8th grade son told me after being here just 8 weeks HE wishes we had found this school sooner. In his words 'The teachers have complete control of the classroom and the students respect that. They really care whether or not you are here and are willing to help. They are not afraid to pray for you either.' WOW! Coming from a teenager (and who was NOT happy about changing schools) I was thrilled! The school is among the very top in ISTEP scores also. Their extra curricular/sports program is growing every year. It is not a state funded school it relies on donations and parent support so it takes a little longer. We will stay here until all my kids graduate!

Christian Academy of Indiana is an excellent school and a true blessing to my family. My children have attended the school since kindergarten and have received a very good Bible-based education. They have had a challenging academic program as well as the opportunity to participate in athletics music drama and club activities. Christian Academy of Indiana has been a great partner with our family in the education of our children. I know our children have a super education and have grown in their development of a biblical worldview.

This school is great! Contrary to the last review Both of my daughters are on the shy side. They both attended preschool at CAI and have done really well! We are still here! I don't feel at all any patience problems were an issue. so far all the teachers have been great! I also feel there is an adequate amount of extracurricular activites for the children. If yoo want your child to have a God Centered Christan education this is definitely the best school!

We have been a part of Christian Academy for six years (PS-5) and have enjoyed working with wonderful teachers and talented administrators. The new campus has so much to offer including expanded athletics music depts. and two libraries. My elementary students have been able to join extracurricular activities such as book club band and piano lessons. The teachers have the best interest of my child in mind and it is a joy to have a teacher pray with you for your student. My children are receiving an excellent education based on Biblical truths.

First I just want to say that this school is great as far as the level of parent involvement. As far as preschool however I would not recommend it. They have little patience with extremely shy children and the PreK principle is very condescending when talking to parents. Christian Academy only offers one language for the older children(Spanish) and there's really not a lot of extracurricular activities available. I think that there are better Christian schools available than this one.

This school is absolutely the best! Just wish we had sent our daughter here sooner! We are so blessed to have this school and all the great teachers!

I think this is the best school in the area for non-Catholic families. They truly care about your child/children and I just feel that my child is getting a great education and I feel he is safe as well.

We have 3 children attending this school and are very pleased with elementary middle and highschools. Christ is the center of all that is taught. The new buildings are fantastic and many new possibilities are opening up!

My husband and I had been supporters of public schools and started our children there. They didn't have the structure we thought was needed to encourage learning. After many years of praying we were drawn to Christian Academy. I knew the first day when we met with students parents grandparents teachers and faculty and it began with prayer that we had made the right decision. We wanted a full circle with God family and education hand-in-hand. With God's direction our obedience and CAI it was done ... Our children love the Lord and excelled well beyond our expectations. We would have never dreamed both would have been valedictorians and have such a desire to continue to learn. Our son has also been accepted at the IU Medical School. We want to thank all the teachers coaches and faculty that helped shape my children into the wonderful young adults they are today.

As a former graduate I was blessed with parents that cared enough to see that I received a Christian education. This school greeted our family with teachers that were wonderfully supportive an administration that has been serving the needs of families for over 35 years and strict academic standards that prepared me for college. More important this school gave me a Biblical foundation that I will keep for the rest of my adult life. Because of this school I have developed lasting friendships learned the value of Christian service and received every opportunity to succeed in life. Thanks Christian Academy!
