well as a student this has opened many doors. I have made many friends. The old math teacher who shall stay unnamed had taught me very little. hopefully the new teacher will be much better. the principal is the best principal that anyone will ever have. she has opened so many doors to different expierences. for example I have done a CCSU play I have hooked more clubs won contests and more. an amazing school!!

Amazing school. The teachers are strict yet very helpful and wise. The teaches and students become very close and improvement and advancement is a given. All struggling students are helped and all exceeding students are recognized. The school community is like a family. Everyone is friends from the incoming 6th graders to the promoting 8th graders.

My son just started here in September. He is not impressed and after conferences today I am not sure I am either. Math & Science teachers are awesome. The Language Arts Gifted Resource and Social Studies teachers have a lot of attitude. He usually does not complain but after meeting them I do agree with him.

This is a great school. The kids work hard. The teachers work hard. My daughter is being challenged to be her best and that is great.

HALS Academy does not support their students enough. I would NOT recommend going there. The trechers do not let the children learn.
