Pomona Middle School has a dedicated staff and the administration team is outstanding. This month marked our annual Think College Now month. We have scheduled a variety of guest speakers from St Thomas Aquinas to Columbia Univ to the school to promote college awareness. The children are the best and so are their parents!

The majority of the teachers are great. However they are held back from teaching based on unnecessary restraints from the school district. Bad behavior from students is allowed. What about the good kids? If your child is an average or above average child. The district ignores them.

I am honored to have my child attend Pomona Middle School. She is excelling in every subject and has many friends. The educational staff is very encouraging and are available after hours if the children need extra help. My daughter came from a private school and she doesn't want to go back. She is very happy and is overexcelling in Pomona

When I went to Pomona I learned a lot. The academic programs were strong the music teachers were amazing and parents were fairly invovled. These days I see incoming freshman from Pomona. It isn't uncommon to see a lack of discipline less academic oriented students and overall less involved parents. That being said the East Ramapo School District is getting better so it is possible that Pomona can improve in coming years.

I feel that the teachers in my sons school work very hard children safe but tyhe children cant be protected if they don't speak up and some don't feel comfortable enough because they might be called a tattle tale. Pomona Middle School is great with the extra curricular activities but maybe they should use some of the money and put iot into the children's education.

I feel priviliged to work at Pomona Middle School. All of the staff work extremely hard to ensure that it is a learning centered environment. There are many amazing opportunities available- co-curricular for the students to become involved in as well as many exciting things happening in the classroom.
