I love this school for so many reasons . The principal really cares about her students which is clear from her interactions and parent hand book. She also inspires the children not only in education but in character . P.S.29 is very involved in helping the community and supporting our country. The teachers are incredible as well. They are so dedicated and bring out different learning styles. The children are exposed to a large variety of enrichment classes . The newly updated Library is beautiful and inviting. My child loves going to school and is excited to go in the mornings. That yells me a lot. I know she is in good hands. The PTA is very devoted and always have been.

This school is amazing! I am a former teacher and a parent of a kindergarten student. My child's teacher is probably the best teacher I ever encountered. My child has learned more in the past 6 months then ever imagined. She is challenged everyday. The principal is extremely efficient! My child loves going to school!

This school is not good. Some teachers are great while others don't care about the students needs. I also noticed a lot of favoritism. They have never made my children feel welcome. There are no art or music programs. I am not impressed with this school.

i think the teacher my child has is a good teacher but the principal is very unprofessional and the school doesn't follow guidlines and descriminate on hispanics

PS29 is truly a great school!!! My daughter started kindergarten this year and she looks forward to every school day. Great staff wonderful teachers and the parents are all very involved. There is always something going on whether they are collecting for one of their numerous charities or planning the next school trip. They are truly a "rare breed"....

PS 29 is an outstanding school in terms of teachers' care for the students and their availability for the parents. My children had been in a private school before they went to the PS 29. I could see vast difference. My son and my daughter are learning various skills both academically and socially at PS 29. I am amazed to see the syllabus whcih includes Latin music mind lab wrting and reading and so on. Mrs. Azzarello is always there to help the students and their parents. She always responded my emails immediately especially when my son needs any assistance academically. She is highly commited for her students. I met Principal Mrs. Manfredi few times and she is great. My daughter's teachers Ms. Budansky and Mrs. Chiarulli are excellent. I am very proud to have PS 29 as my children's school. I give five stars for PS 29 its principals teachers and other staff. PS 29 is the best school that I know of.
