This is a good school. My daughter attended the school since K and currently she is in the 5th grade. The principal is hands on and her supporting staff are helpful. The kids love the school and they learn. They are in touch with all the students and are helpful with getting them to past the state test. My child had a good start with PS 87 and the wonderful staff. Thank you.

I would have to agree the teachers at this school must remember why they decided to teach along with understanding that they have a huge part in these children's lives. REspect and Understanding must be encouraged to all.
