This school need to be shut down. My niece attended this school and although she did well ( because of family involvement) this school did not keep her safe. When she was in kingergarden the school "lost" her. Allowed her to leave the building on her own at age five. The police got involved. By the grace the god a kind gentleman took her home after being lost on the streets. I have many storys similar the one above describing the school lack of security and teachers involvement. LAZY UNPROFESSIONAL are the two words that come to mind. I would rather sell my soul before i send my only child there.

I initially thought about the possibility about the outdated posts when I read these reviews about the school. I have a family member who attends the school also a student of Ms. Cooper. But all of the teachers are not like Ms.Cooper the kindergarten teacher. Nor is the Pricipal Ms.Rahman as efficient. Ms. Hall is a great school Safety Officer but she can not be everywhere all the time. There was a serious problem of bullying that my child faced and it was not addressed seriously. The bullying continued with my child and affects his view of school. It also disappoints me as a parent. It hurts me to have to take my child to school knowing there is fear of what will happen next! This is not an outdated message! After trying to resolve the issues with the administartors directly I was forced to take the problems up with the department of education. I am still waiting for the results! All I can say is choose the school wisely when deciding on your child's education. It will save you the stress I had to go through for the 2010-2011 school year.

I have two boys that attend PS 92 they have been there now for three years. I absolutely love this school. The Principal and Asst Principle are no-nonsence administrators who simply get things done. The teachers are excellent! I thought I would cry when my son left Mrs. Cooper's Kindergarten class she had become such a central person in both my and my son's life. I can't rave about the teachers enough! My boys are safe the Safety Officer Ms. Hall will keep an eye on your child and come and tell you immediately what is going on. Notice that the other negative comments below are out of date I couldn't sing the praises of '92 louder!

I have a child there and cannot wait to move him elsewhere. The head is weak so the school does not stand a chance.

I find this school to be deplorable. The faculty works to do the bare minimum. The principal supports the teachers when they're wrong.
