As a military family my children have attended several elementary schools and Willoughby Elementary is one of the best. Class size is small the teachers are caring and knowledgeable and the principal is very accessible. Do not overlook Norfolk Public Schools as a good choice when looking at schools. My kids have been extremely happy and successful at Willoughby!
