If you can afford it...put your kids in private school! Teachers do not return phone calls. This school had several lice outbreaks this past school year. Need I say more....

I think the school needs to be re evaluated because they don't deserve a '10'. After all the problems that children face here I will give the school a 3 o 4 to be benevolent.

Beachwood elementary school has great teachers great administration and great staff!

There are a few great teachers there. However there are more teachers who should have retired a while ago and teachers who are just there for the vacations and benefits. Their retention rates are high and unless your kid has an IEP the school does not want to help you. When you complain and show proof that the teacher stinks all they do is defend them and not listen to you. Do your research. I think 10 kids failing 2nd grade is high...

My child needed extra help and did not recieve the help needed to support the difficulties my child was facing. The Beachwood Elementary school needs to be able to address the needs of all children not just the high and low achieving children. This school was a real disappointment.

The school likes to point out any difficult child and push them out of their school. They are not accepting of a troubled child or anything other than a well behaived child that tests well.

Kindergarten teachers need to retire! We had a horrible experience as introduction to school. Now we are paying for a private education.

My son started kindergarten here in September. The staff is like family. My son's teacher was able to work with him one on one to reach the level he should be at. There is a great musical program and beautiful library filled with an amazing variety of literature for the grades K-5. I am very sorry the have to take him out of this school due to a transfer out of state. I can only hope that his next school will make such a positive impact on him as this one has. We highly recommend this school. Amazing teachers and wonderful staff here at Beachwood Elementary Go Bears!

I had 2 boys go to Beachwood Elem. They both enjoyed the 6 years they spent there. My younger one needed extra help. He was classifed but never felt he was differant. The teachers would help him with his fine motor skills. The staff was great at keeping us involved on his progress on what we could do to help him in keeping up in all his classes. We enjoyed our years at beachwood and believe they readied my boys for the next level of there education.
