A school couldn't be better than this one. Great teachers and principal. But the front desk personnel remains sometimes confused about some issues.

Its a great school. Principal is an awesome person. All the teachers are doing great but Mr. Shue is the best.

This is a good school. The principal is great. My only complaint is that it tends to be run too stricly.

Wilson is a VERY excellent school for early childhood through 1st grade. However the large class size is very much a problem. Wilson is on the right track.

My child attended a school in another state and it blew this one away. It's probably the best Elementary school in the OKC area but nowhere near an 'Excellent (5 star) school when compared to schools on a national level. That is probably due to the sub-par education system of Oklahoma.

While we are very happy with the curriculum your information on student/teacher ratio is way off base. My child has attended since Pre-K and with the exception of 2nd grade (because they have 3 second grade teachers) his classes have been packed. My child is currently in 3rd grade and has 29 students the other 3rd grade is 28. If this issue could be corrected it would make this school a truly great school.

Full time drama music art and movement teachers.

Our school has the most dedicated teachers and administration as well as parent and community support I have ever seen. Our school focuses on integrating art in every aspect of our childrens' education instead of following the trend of lessening the focus on the arts. We are proof that this dedication and focus results in a positive learning experience and children who excelthroughout their middle and high school years.

My child is new to Wilson and I have already fallen in love with all of the wonderful curriculum and parental involvement. Our kids learn from an early age through building playing and natural problem solving. They have fun and enjoy what Wilson has to offer. The amount of diversity provides an atmosphere of tolerance and understanding and the power of parental involvement here is phenomenal. I see children being taught about nutrition through gardening and the Eat Wise club and learning to problem solve through Chess club. My daughter has been in private schools for the past two year and I spent 12 years in similar surroundings. I appreciate every single day we LEARN at Wilson! Thank you....

-OKC kids' best chance to get into an IB school (highest Classen acceptance rate). -Better education than most private schools -Ethnically socially and economically diverse

The thing that impresses us the most is how much not only the teachers but all staff invest in students lives as well as nurture and care for them! Most schools can boast that they have good educators.... but very few can say all of the adults in their buildding go the extra mile for their students. Fortunately Wilson Arts Integration Elementary is a school that does both extremely well!

The education my children receive rivals that of a provate school. The parents teachers and kids are inredible. It is almost like stepping back into time where the kids were kids and the parents helped out without being in the way. The teachers are no nonsense with learning but sure know how to have fun. My children ages 5 and 7 come home telling me of abstract art pulitzer prize winning authors and the history of our state on a daily basis. They amaze me with their love of learning. We love Wilson and all that is has to offer. Chess club the art and music program girl scouts the field trips and all of the love and compassion my kiddos receive from the teachers and staff. Wilson is truly amazing. We moved to the district simply for the school and are very happy with our choice.

We were considering private schools or homeschooling until we learned about Wilson. Our daughter has been there for 3 years and the experience has been better than we excepted or could have hoped for. The teachers are excellent and the style of learning/teaching is without compare!

Wilson is a very unique school in the heart of OKC. My children have had a superb education in academics and the arts. The school is an arts integration school and affiliated with the Kennedy Center in Washington DC. All of the children at Wilson receive specilized eduction in vocal music strings visual arts rhythm and movement and drama. We are lucky that when so many schools are eliminating these programs our kids are exposed on a level that is amazing. We have terrific sports programs that draw children from many surrounding schools. Fabulous dedicated teachers who make it all come together and a dynamic PTA make Wilson the only place I would send my children.

From the moment you walk into Wilson you can feel the love and the learning. Parents who are involved teachers who care students who are participating in their own educational experience. The Arts Integration curriculum should be a part of every school. Kids take the learning to heart and apply arts integration outside of school in interesting and unique ways. The diversity of the student and parent population is a real plus. My kids are proud to have been Wilson Wise Wolves!
