I would give this school a much higher rating if it were not for the new principal. The students and most of the teachers are great and have been for all the years my children have been at SJV. But in the last 6 months with the new administration things are changing fast. No longer is there a family feeling teachers seem stressed and unhappy communication is poor student safety and dicipline policy is questionable catholic roots are being forgotten or ignored and so much more. Many parents feel there concerns are being dismissed and I have been ignored or treated rudely routinely. Many parents feel this way and do not feel they have a voice or a way to express concerns because they are turned away or lied to when they try to address issues. I truly question the leadership that hired this principal and wonder why they have not followed up with her performance as an administrator. It is clear that have not.

Excellent School with caring and dedicated teachers and principal. The previous principal retired this year but made sure to leave another great principal in charge. Every single teacher that my son had have been extremely dedicated with a genuine desire to educate. The communication with the teachers is fantastic. They even reply to messages at night and during weekends. The whole educational staff works as a team to make sure that the students have all the tools necessary to learn. They are constantly challenging the students to run the extra mile with their lectures homework and applied teaching. They provide additional parent's lectures to keep parents up to date on the new teaching methods implemented and with any changes in the curriculum. They have no tolerance for bullies and try to correct behaviors in an urgent manner as they take this policy very seriously. Again an excellent school where students can be in a safe environment and be challenged academically.

St. John Vianney is a wonderful school. Our daughter has attended this school for 6 years now and we have never had a day of regret. Our principal is fair and caring. They not only challenge the children academically but also instill Catholic values that are extremely important to our family. SJV offers a lot of opportunity for the children to participate in school activities. In times of financial hardship it is definitely worth exposing your children to this amazing education.

St. John Vianney is definitely a Great School. It has to be the best school in the Orlando area. I love this school for its challenging academics broad curriculum sports program technology music and art programs etc. and last but not least the instillment of Catholic values. The School has an amazing staff that is so caring and wonderful educators. The Principal Sr. Elizabeth makes it a point to know each child's name I love that about her. My son looked forward to going to school each and every morning. I am so sad we are moving. We will miss St. John Vianney very much!

Our grandchildren attend this wonderful school and it is worth every penny. They feel loved and yet disciplined. Academically they far exceed public school standards. Quality education concerned involved parents; dedicated teachers; respected principal; encouragement to reach out to others; who could ask for more?

This school was amazing. I had a great time learning and having fun. When I was in the lower grades I felt like I could look up to the older kids. They helped me alot through my life and I would send my child here in no time.

SJV is a great school my daughter is in Kindergaten and she can read books with small sentence. Her teacher knows what each child need to improve and she help them achieve their goals. I am very proud of the progress that my daughter has acomplished.

Our children transferred to St. John from a public school and we are more than pleased with the curriculum staff and extracurricular activities. I have heard nothing but positive comments about the school and my children have scored well above average on standardized tests.

I find the administration and staff to be on excellent quality and moral fiber. The teachers go out of their way to meet each child's needs. We have 4 children 2 of whom have gone on and 2 still attending. Our 2 older children are in the top 5% of their classes. SJV receives the credit!
