This school is great. All of the teachers truly care about the students and most are willing to provide extra help if needed. There is always a way to comunicate if there is a problem. As long as the kids are respectful and pay attention the teachers are eager to teach and make sure your child is learning everything they need for college. I like the variety of extracirricular activites. The extra courses really help students figure out what they are interested in with weight training metals and plenty of AP classes. I wouldn't want to go to any other school because I feel so prepared and I know these teachers will be there for me even after high school.

Former student. Graduated in 2000. I loved this school. It was small enough to know everyone and big enough to have everything you need. While attending school I thought I was a decent student. A couple years later when I received my transcripts I realized I wasn't that great. Being #52 out of 100 students. I always thought the teachers were great but never had any that seemed to go out of their way to assist me personally. When I think back all the students that got personal help with achievement were either in a special needs class or some of the top students in the school. I didn't know my options. I just knew I attended everyday did my sports & clubs and homework. There was 1 college prep class that all the preppies went to. I was NEVER encourage to take it nor talked to or given college options. There were brochures in the counselor's office. I didn't even know the counselor was the one to talk to about college. All in all school in general is great. teachers very education average College prep/future options/class recommendations/being pushed to succeed are poor.

My oldest child is a graduate of School of the Osage. This school district is top of the line in all areas. High quality teachers administration after school programs and heavy parent involvement come together to make for a top notch environment for each and every student.

I dont understand at all what the last viewer was saying I am a student at Osage high even a freshman and the students are the best I have ever met. We do not look down on other schools we just try to intimidate them a bit to get them nervous at some of our sports that is all. Overall i have been to many school districts in the state and I believe that the Osage district is best in the state acemdimically get into a group of friends fast safeness and school and self pride.

I have to say that this school is an exceptional school except for the quality of some of the students. the teachers are amazing but the majority of the students in the school system do not seem to pick up on the great education available to them. Also the greatness and the school and the character of the students do not coincide. Most students that attend School of the Osage seem arrogent and look down upon students from surrounding schools although some of the students that they look down upon are more humble and more gifted at the same time but the students from Osage do not seem to care still believing that since they go to school at Osage they are better than anyone else that they come across. I say this with experience with the Osage of arrogance but I will say that some students are pleasant.

As a freshman students are usually intimidated by their upper classmen. My son entered the 9th grade at School of the Osage High School this year and has loved every minute of it! The upper classes and teachers make everyone feel comfortable in what could be a difficult year. The school is blessed with caring faculty and parents who make a difference the lives of our children. I would not send my kids anywhere else for the school career! Thanks Osage!

I am a 15 year old that goes to school here and i think that this school is absolutely amazing. It seems like all the kids are nice to each other. There are really no problems with major cliques. The teachers actually try to help the students. This school is one in a million

This School is one of the best around! I would send my kid here in a heart beat! This school offers many extracurricular activites and is very safe clean and organized. They want everyone to be involved and the make sure every kid understands. The parents are also very involved. This is one school were you don't have to worry about not being back by the parents. They help with extracurricular activites even if they don't have a kid in them! School of the Osage is the #1 school around!
