This is our 5yr olds first year and we are quite pleased with the principal and his staff. Unfortunately a great student is only as great as the parents involvement. We pride ourselves on parent participation and following up w/ our child. You must get involved the teachers need our help as well as the children. Encourage and nurture lead by example you'll be surprised what your child can do.

This is my son first year at this school I am impressed with the teachers and the the principal. They take time out to make sure your child gets all they need for the next grade level. I loved that they challenged my son instead of holding him back I am very impressed and they should be noticed for their good work.

Teachers are very dedicated and highly effective. Principal is everywhere and knows all the children and truly cares about them. The school is at the edge of the district and tends to be somewhat forgotten but is definitely a true asset in a somewhat challenging area. Parental involvement tends to be low overall but those that are in the trenches are very dedicated and spend hundreds of hours each year providing the school with fun and educational options. As with any school there are challenges as far as a few students with repeated discipline problems but they are dealt with quickly and effectively.
