This school has been nothing but a positive experience for both of my sons. The teachers are kind and caring--they work with me and the boys encouraging them to do their best. The work is not the most challenging but it's a public school. My children feel safe and the environment of the school is open and welcoming.

I am a student at this school and I think that this school is great. It has its flaws yes but parents that dislike this school should rethink whatever it is that is going through their heads. I have moved around alot but the teachers and students at this school are caring fun people and i wouldnt change schools for the world! I have been to about 6 schools with mean teachers and students that dont care about anything but themselves but this school is great. If your a parent that dislikes this school how about asking your child if they like it or other students at Herberg. I would be HAPPY to share my opinion with anyone that asks. The teachers here take each student and cares about them for who they are. Not about their grades or who their parents or even friends are.

Herberg Middle School is full of caring nuturing teachers that take into account the whole child. Kudos the the staff for all of your hard work!

It is in my opinion that Herberg is a school full of backward vindictive educators and staff members that hate their jobs and the children that attend their school. The Principal Vice principal and many teachers that I have had the displeasure to deal with are uncaring narrow minded individuals that routinely pigeonhole student s potential. Students are judged purely on whom their parents are and where they live in the community. The Board of Education needs to remove the many antiquated oppressive xenophobic dinosaurs that currently teach the delicate youth at Herberg and hire diverse open minded motivational teachers and staff that genuinely care about educating and inspiring all children.

Herberg is a wonderful school. The teachers are excellent and they genuinely care about the kids. I give Theodore Herberg Junior High an A+.
