We loved our sons first grade teacher not so much the second grade... In general it is a nice smaller size school. PTA and parents are very involved. Principal is nice. We didn't like the way science fair is organized - most of the kids were participating and standing next to their project but almost nobody was walking around to visit other's projects. Additionally some of the parents put so much stress on kids who were supposed to recite their stuff (without understanding it ).

My daughter had had such a wonderful school year with Mr. Gerald Pinner in terms of conceptual learning . She has developed into a far responsive and confident kid.

The prinicipal of this school is very approachable and caring. He welcomes everyone with open arms and ensures that each inidividual child's needs are met. My son has had the fortune of having an outstanding teacher that is in tune with his needs and concerned about the success of all of her students. We will miss this school when he moves on to upper elementary next year.
