Sold a Townhouse home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Eastwick, Philadelphia, PA.
I just had to take the time to write a review for Pat and express my sincere thanks. I recently sold my home through the Short Sale process and it only took 2 1/2 months and I would have to say that Pat had a lot to do with that timeline. She was great with keeping me informed every step of the way, communicating and submitting the same documents over and over to my bank. Pat was great from start all the way up to the settlement table including taking care of certain situations that were above and beyond her duty just to make sure I made out all right.
