Summary:

Lance Pate did an outstanding job finding us a great house in a great neighborhood in Keller Texas. We were moving from New York and it was difficult to shop from such a long distance. Lance had an excellent knowledge of the local real estate market, school ratings, and even good places to eat. We bought a great house in an awesome neighborhood and our elementary school had an exemplary rating. Lance helped us find financing and even the best deal on cable and internet.
