Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $425K in East Fishkill, NY.
We were attempting to purchase a short sale property in area 12533. The sale was grueling; the bank ignored us a lot and dragged their feet making the process go on indefinitely. Carol Mahoney never lost her enthusiasm for the sale and never lost her patience with us. When we asked to see more properties (while we were waiting to close), Carol would gladly comply and she NEVER made us feel like we were a burden to her. It came to a point where we had to give up on the sale; Carol was not upset over the amount of time she had spent on that deal. Because of her expertise and knowledge of the area, she was able to show us another property which she was able to help us close very rapidly. I would recommend Carol Mahoney in a minute to anyone who wants a consummate professional to assist them in buying or selling real estate..

Sold a Townhouse home in 2012 in Wappingers Falls, NY.
Carol recently sold our home and was instrumental in getting us the highest possible price in our neighborhood. We didn't think selling in this climate was possible especially for the price we needed. Carol was knowledgeable and confident and knew how to price and market our home. It sold very quickly and we got the price we needed. She then helped us find a home that met the needs of our entire family in the location we needed. She was amazing and we highly recommend anyone buying or selling to use Carol. Thank you Carol!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Poughkeepsie, NY.
Carol is the best realitor we ever used. (This is our 3rd house so weve used alot). She was informative and timely. She was very professional and knew her craft. She goes the extra mile to make the house buying experience a pleasurable and productive one. USE HER!!!!!

Recently closed on an investment property in Poughkeepsie where Carol was our Realtor. She was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and always available.This deal wouldn't have happened had it not been for her. Will definitely be working with her on future houses.

Sold a home in 2011.
I have to admit, the thought of selling my house in this type of market had me a little worried. Fortunately, a friend recommended Carol and I couldn't have been happier. Carol is an AMAZING Real Estate Agent, who I would highly recommend. She shows the perfect blend of professionalism, personal care and truly takes pride in the job she does. Her knowledge of the area, unbelievable eye for displaying all my home had to offer (both online and in person) and attention to every detail made the process a breeze. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Wappingers Falls, NY.
Although we were spending less than $200,000 on a home Carol gave us the time, care and attention as though we were buying a million dollar home. She never rushed us through a showing or tried to pressure us into a home that we did not like. She always made it clear we had to be happy with the outcome. Anytime we called with a question or concern she answered or called back right away, always making time for us. It seemed as though a friend was finding the right home for us, not a salesperson trying to close the deal. We found the perfect home and Carol was there for us start to finish.

I purchased a home in July 2011. Carol Mahoney was my agent. Carol was amazing. She takes pride in her career. Carol was very proffesional and compassionate towards my needs in a new home. Carol knows her listings and the surrounding areas very well. Carol is a very reliable person, she was helpful beyond showing me homes. She has great advice financially and was very helpful with my choice in choosing a mortgage company. I highly recommend Carol Mahoney as a real estate agent!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Wappingers Falls, NY.
Carol is a FANTASTIC Real Estate Agent. She has a great personality, is very professional at all times and an Agent that I would recommend to everyone. During my move, I called Carol many times with questions and she always got back to me within the same day even though she is extremely busy with other clients. She is the best Realtor around.

Bought a home in 2009.
We purchased our home in 2009 and had the pleasure of having Carol Mahoney as our agent. As first time home buyers we really needed someone who was professional and
who could walk us through the process and Carol did exactly that. She is someone who will explain things to you, answer any questions you may have and is always looking out for your best interest. We started looking for a home, applied for a mortgage and was in our new home all within 4 months. If you call Carol and leave a message for her, she will always call you back in a very timely fashion. If you are looking for an agent who you could trust, feel comfortable with, who has patience and who definately understands that this is for most people the largest purchase they will make then carol is the agent that you would like having beside you. We would highly recommend Carol Mahoney.
