      Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $150K in Westwood, Denver, CO.
      I felt with my experience with the Sean Healey group that they really wanted to get me into a home and find one that I will like. As we began to get closer and closer to closing it got even more confusing to me. The direction I was heading at first took a huge turn and direction very quickly. I was dealing with going through a different mortgage company and paper work and the house all at once. It was a very well organized site and daily emails were sent out to look at newer homes on the market. I did also like how they had all forms electric to sign made it easier to get papers signed quickly. Once we etched closer to closing was the part that made me wonder. it felt like the loan was never to finish as I would call over and over again no answer no idea what was going on. Not to say its really the Healey group. Information that was given to me as I was going into the purchase of the home was the lender had to be of a certain lender. Come to find out that the lender was very slow paper work was never enough and just took another 2 weeks to close due to lender. Once closing day came other issues were brought up that was never disclosed until the walk though of the house. I felt that when going into the house I was blind sided and was confused. It did turn out ok in the long run but other issues came up right as soon as we moved in that not the inspector caught or no one ever told us. I did feel that in the long run we did look at a lot of homes that were spread out due to the miss understanding of what my restriction were. I can give one bit of advise and it would be to watch and get as much information you can about were and how much you can afford. get all the information you can from your lender ask questions. The lender will be the best location when coming up with locations and pricing in the area. To sum this up Alyssa Hearley and her fantastic crew were great People. Smart and had an idea what they were doing. They did all they could to fit me in and work around my schedule. I would go back to the team but next time be better understand on my part of location and just knowledge of the loans and process.  MoreLess
