Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Westminster, CO.
My husband and I bought our first house in March of 2012 using Alyssa and the Healey team. We were more than satisfied with the service we received from them. We chose a particularly difficult lender to work with and Alyssa was our biggest advocate throughout the whole experience. I would recommend them to my closest friends and family in a heartbeat!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Commerce City, CO.
We had Myrtha Koelling as our realtor and she was just fantastic!! She really did look out for us and made sure we were in good hands! Buying a home isn't easy but she made sure everything went according to plan and was on schedule!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Broomfield, CO.
We would definitely recommend the Healey Group. We worked with Velma Donahue. She was excellent. She helped find a great house for us and guided us through all the challenges of first-time buying. There were a number of challenges we encountered but we felt like Velma stood by us and made sure our needs were met. When its time for us to look for our second home, we hope to work with the Healey Group again.

We worked with Velma Donahue who is with the Sean Healey Realty group. We could not have asked for a more responsive and helpful agent. Velma is extremely knowledgeable and helped us to find just the right home and to avoid the pitfalls that first time buyers might otherwise make. If you don't think you need a Realtor, you probably do and you could not do better.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Westminster, CO.
Alyssa Healey was our agent! We found her on a random website and we could not be happier with our selection! She was at our call whenever needed and was determined to find my family and I our home! She gave very detailed knowledge of every home as we were new home buyers! Alyssa and the Healey group have made our experience a wonderful one and have not only helped us buy a house but refer to it as a home! They were incredible!!

Working with Alyssa Healey from Sean Healey's team was an absolute pleasure. I felt confident every step of the way that my requests to the seller were being handled in a timely manner. She was very empathetic toward the issues we had with the seller (HUD) who made the process very difficult.
Sean/Alyssa was the listing agent on another home we wanted to see (this was the first home we were looking and and we did not have an agent at the time). Even though she would have benefited from selling us the home, she took in to consideration what we were looking for and was very honest/forthcoming about the property. It was then that we decided to have her represent us in our purchasing process because we felt she was trustworthy and was looking out for OUR best interest.
Alyssa was also very helpful in looking for a property for my mother who lives out of state. Even though she (my mother) was not looking to make an immediate purchase, Alyssa helped us find properties that met my mother's specifications and patiently, willingly and happily showed us all of them.
I recommend Sean's team, specifically Alyssa, to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy real estate agent.

In this tough housing market, the Healey team made our dream come true of buying a wonderful home in the area we wanted. I am recommending this team to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home!
This was a complicated short sale transaction. Sean and Mandy told us truthfully what we should expect, how long it was likely to take, and what was expected of us. The took the mystery and the sting out of an otherwise difficult process.
This team is honest, competent, pleasant, professional, and responsive. I'm very impressed, and would recommend the Healey Group without hesitation or reservation. Bravo, and thanks for a job well done.
