Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $325K in La Mesa, CA.
Vincent was awesome. Exactly what we needed. We were first time home buyers and Vincent walked us through the whole process. He provided great information on every house from the good and the bad. He was available on his cell anytime of the day for us and sent us emails once a day of the new listings in the area. He made himself available to meet us any day that we could. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $525K in Bay Terraces, San Diego, CA.
Vincent was our agent when we purchased our house in San Diego, CA. He was diligent in finding exactly what we were looking for, he was on top of new listings and available for showings daily. He honestly made us feel like we were his only clients, when we knew he had many.
When we were about to close on the house that we were about to purchase and ran into some "post-closing bumps in the road," instead of having the "my job is done here" attitude, Vince has stood beside us through it all. He continued to work with us to try to resolve some of the issues we face post-closing. When the closing on the first house didn't push thru, he never stopped looking for the perfect house for my family. He is sensitive to the stress it has caused us and fierce in wanting to making things "right" for us. And true enough, we found the perfect place for us.
I would highly recommend Vincent as an agent. He is the height of professionalism, has a wonderful sense of humor (which comes in handy when facing the stresses of buying or selling a home), he cares about his clients and is firm but fair.

Sold a home in 2012.
Vincent recently assisted us with the completion of a very challenging short sale. He was prompt and timely in meeting our needs and providing the best recommendations and guidance thru the whole process. He provided honest and realistic advice that helped us in deciding to complete the short sale process to avoid foreclosure.
