I only have the highest praise and recommendation for Vincent Villafranca, Realtors. In the short sale of my mother’s home due to her death in 2011, Vincent listened to my concerns and provided valuable step-by-step guidance to ensure that this would be an easy transaction. He held meetings with the lender that I did not have to attend which made it easy for me. I know that Vincent has a hectic schedule; however, he made me feel that he was completely open for me. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and his patience with me of the lack of understand of this type of transaction was superb. Vincent helped us get out of a hotel fast. We got the perfect house for us in the place we wanted it. He showed us many options in our price range and made sure the paperwork process was simple. He was really dedicated to ensuring we were completely satisfied with the house we chose. The price was right, the place was right, and he was right. We really are happy. I recommend Vincent to anyone especially my military counterparts out there as Vincent has military in his family. He has great support for the troops (including my family and I) and will not let you get messed around by anyone including the lendors. If you are in the markent for a house go to someone who knows the San Diego area well. Vincent has been a realtor for a long time and just go see him. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Vincent.
