I had a bad experience with my initial condo loan, so I was a bit skeptical of loan officers. However, Andrew Adams and his team were perfect during my refinance. I had multiple questions during the process and Andrew typically replied within the hour to all of my questions. His dedication and service to catering to his clients is a new level of care. If you are looking at a property that is in need of repair you need to work with a loan officer that doesn't just have access to these programs but a loan officer that has experience actually closing these loans.
