Bought a home in 2012.
Tom was extreamly responive in ansewering any questions we had regarding the purchase of our property. He directed us to all of the support we needed to complete our purchase. Overall he was very knowledgeable of the purchase entire process and the Tampa Bay real estate market.

Bought a home in 2012.
My wife and I were referred to Tom by a former coworker who also is in the Real Estate industry. It was important for us to feel comfortable with the agent and not feel pressured as this would be our first home. After contacting Tom around Christmas he got right back to me and we corresponded a little about what we were looking for while I was out of town and made plans to get together after the New Year when i was back in Town. We met Tom and Stephanie and they immediately made us feel comfortable. I was hesitant about giving Tom our "desired price range" after seeing several episodes of house hunters it seemed the agents always push people to go higher. When we Met Tom and Stephanie a week later to review what we found and share more of our needs and wants I found no pressure by them to increase the budget. This meant a lot to us and after further discussions we were off to look at houses that were in our budget. Long story short we loved the first house we saw and after seeing a couple others we knew it was the house for us. After we shared this with Tom and Stephanie they urged us to talk about our feelings with each other. He also did some due diligence that night and called back with his thoughts on the property. I really valued his opinion since he apparently was an appraiser for a while and his valuation was right where the 3 appraisals ultimately wound up being. We did run into a snag when the seller's agent threw us some curve balls however Tom and Stephanie did an excellent job of negotiating for us to get us what we wanted while being candid about our leverage. The final price was significantly below the list price and we closed 30 days after putting our offer in. Tom and Stephanie were always there for us answering questions "Did the appraisal come in yet? Did the seller install the screens? Exc." When it was time to close they were right there with us walking us through everything and answering all our final questions. I could go on forever discussing how positive our experience was and can't speak highly enough of the level of service and professionalism we had with Tom and Stephanie.
