I am a first time home buyer and was really scared of taking the leap. Amie and Heather were able to put my mind at ease. They were not only patient and professional, they were fun too!! I have became their friend in the process and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home!!!

I am so fortunate to have sent a chance email to this great team! Within hours I was contacted regarding my inquiry - this is not always the standard in the industry. Both agents took the time to show us properties in both the Charleston and Teays Valley areas and were knowledgable, down-to-earth professionals. Property viewings were set up in a timely manner and, since I am a busy, working professional myself, I very much appreciated the 'after-hours' availability by email, text and phone when necessary. If you need a good team who is always present and ready to help but not pushy, you should consider this team!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Charleston, WV.
My house was on the market for less than a week and was sold under the realtors Amie and Heather Lopez. They are very knowledgeable about the business and always responded quickly to my questions and concerns. They were able to negotiate and sell my house for slightly less than our asking price. I couldnt have been more happy with the services I received from these two professionals.

The ratings you have don't begin to describe the lengths and duties that these ladies will go to help you out me being a first time home buying they made the process effortless on my part. I will be using them again soon probably in the next few weeks so ladies if your reading this get ready cause your gonna be busy.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Saint Albans, WV.
Amie and Heather were wonderful during our selling process, they were very quick to respond to questions and to explain the process. They arranged for open houses and advertising right away and I was amazed at the responses from prospective buyers! We accepted an offer and signed in about 3 weeks of putting it on the market! So pleased with the way we were treated and the knowledge and promptness of these girls. Closing was a breeze and the sale felt effortless thanks to them! I would definitely recommend them for anyone buying or selling in the future, they make a great team!

Together, these two sisters were just what I needed to help find the perfect home. They created multiple lists of homes for us to look at and the proceeded to show the ones we were interested in. They were able to get us to check out homes almost immediately after we wanted to see them. They definitely did everything they could to help out this first time home buyer!
