Bought a home in 2012.
Ana is a fantastic peoples person and a great realtor. She has guided me through my real estate need in woodside . She is very paitience , fair , reliable and proffessional . I highly recommand her to any individual....just remember she is not a pushy sales person.

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Flushing, Queens, New York, NY 11354
She maybe an experienced realtor but to me she has a terrible customer service skills. After months of looking for a mortgage through my local banks, I decided to got to her for help, We went through all the mortgage info I collected. Banks had already pre approved me for loans. She said she was going to call me to see open houses but she never did, nor return my calls, at least she should tell me she is too busy or don't want to do business. Waste of my time. I got to start from zero again.

It is difficult to respond to someone I never met. I always make a point of answering all the inquiries I get on the internet. One thing I find odd is the fact that I never say to someone that we are going to see Open Houses, I always do my searches according to people needs and work from there. So I do not think that this person spoke to me at all.

Bought a Cooperative home in 2010 for approximately $250K in Jackson Heights, Jackson Heights, NY.
Ana Chan is a fantastic agent! She is extremely knowledgeable about the areas and about the different types of housing, requirements and specifications. I can't say enough about how responsive and accommodating she was; always returning my calls within a couple of hours and even drove me all around looking at places!
I would highly recommend Ana to anyone, she is a terrific agent!
