Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Allen, TX.
Loreena is our agent for life. She has gone well beyond the call of duty on all aspects of our home buying experience. She graciously and joyfully showed us 30-40 homes over a period of 4 months, all the while enlightening us on pros and cons of every community.
After our home purchase, she continues to provide information about filing for homestead exemption, as well the data to help challenge our home valuation for lowering our property taxes (all without us asking).

3:16 team REALTY was the best choice we ever made! Loreena Yeo goes above and beyond for your family! She honestly cares about your needs and the needs of your family when it comes to buying your first home! We were first-time home buyers that knew very little about how to buy a home. Loreena took the time to teach us about buying a home for the first time and gave us tips on future resale.

We knew we could depend on her very early in our search for a home. Sold a home in 2011.
If you are looking for someone who knows the Frisco and surrounding area you must all Loreena at 316 Team Reality. Loreena came to her first appointment with a 3 ring binder to describe how she was going to market and sell our home. She used every available resource on the web to make sure everyone looking for a home seen ours. She also gave us staging advice for our home that quickly made our home look like a model home. Nothing major, just basic things that helped buyers see themselves living there feel welcomed. We received feedback for each potential buyer that visited our property within 24 hours. We received an offer in the first week of listing and with Loreena's negotiating skills converted the offer to an uneventful sale! We also purchased a new home using Loreena. She showed us several options and was always asking us to rate the specifics of each home to better understand our needs. After a few visits she was able to show us homes that fit our wants/needs and our budget. We never felt any pressure to buy before we were ready or unsure. Further, Loeena respected our budget parameters an didn't work the "up sale" which is very common from other companies. We did find a new home that pleased our family at a great price. Loreena's research on the builder and the neighborhood made us feel comfortable with the purchase price. We have been in our new home since July and are very happy.
