Deborah & Don McKay, Debbie Krueger their assistanat & Dorothy represent but a few of the McKay TEAM in Real Estate Sales in the Fox Valley. Their TEAM transitions smooothly and professionally...not to mention respectfully in accordance with the Seller- Myself, & Buyers. Part & parcel to their professionalism is their flawless execution of meeting specific deadlines...in my request of them. Our home was professionally represented and we had about 40 showings with about 4 offers within a reasonable period of time. Granted that we also reduced the sale price after a reasonable time.The last home showing resulted in acceptance , on my behalf, of the final offer. No question they did a great job for my family and our sale. I would recommend their TEAM and would use them again. I don't hand out statements like this unless the statement is honestly warranted. 09/20/2011 - debbysavSold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $1.05M in St Charles, IL.
We just sold our 2nd home with Debora. She really knows the local market and we appreciate her honesty as well as her knowledge.
Following Debora's staging and pricing advice, we sold our last home in 1 week with 2 offers in 2007 when the market was in the midst of it's downward slide.
Again, following her advice, we just sold our current home, in these awful market conditions in less than 2 months for fairly close to offer to a cash buyer. Yippee.
She is now helping us to find another home and I trust together we will find the right place for our current situation.
We love Debora and Don and their staff and recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the tri-cities area.…More Less
