Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $625K in Santa Rosa, CA.
Sheila helped us sell one home and buy another. She possesses an amazing skill set - not only is she professional and an expert in her field, she also has the personality and people skills to handle any situation with ease and confidence. Nothing fazes her! This tough real estate market can get to people and cause them to negatively react to situations. Sheila takes everything in stride and calmly figures out a way to get through whatever challenges are placed in front of her. Thanks Sheila!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $325K in Sonoma, CA.
I've bought and sold a lot of homes in my day and the experience I had with Sheila Deignan, my realtor in purchasing a home as part of a 3000 mile relocation was extrordinary. I felt protected and wisely guided through the process because of her integrity and personal caring. In addition, Sheila was patient above and beyond.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $750K in Sonoma, CA.
I would recommend Sheila in a heartbeat! She was a great agent to work with and I'd work with her again (although I adore our new home and have no plans on moving for a long time!)
I set out on the house hunting adventure, wanting a fixer-upper in the country. I ended up with something almost ready to go -- a block from my daughter's school! And Sheila was with us every step of the way!
She's very knowledgeable and I value her insight. I trust her opinions and appreciated her guidance with the biggest purchase of my life. She got to know my family and picked up on our tastes quickly. The house we bought was one of the first we looked at -- and one she pegged for us early on!

If you are of the same opinion or are just looking for someone trustworthy and honest to deal with then look no further. Sheila is a gem, she even turned me from being a cynic to being a fan. That's not to say that we didn't have problems during our purchase, we had plenty but Sheila always held her cool, was always professional, honest and straight forward to deal with no matter what the circumstances.
We count ourselves very lucky to have met Sheila and her family. So if you are looking in the Sonoma region to buy or sell a home, try giving Sheila a call - you won't regret it!
