Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $550K in La Palma, CA.
Dave Hibbard is a consummate professional. He is an amazing balance of knowledge and promptness with a relaxed demeanor that puts everyone at ease. It took me awhile to list my house after contacting Dave, but he never gave up on me, nor did he pester me continuously. He brings with him an amazing team with his photographer, his preferred escrow company, and their preferred title company. All of whom made the speedy sale of my house possible. During the process there was a hangup with the title of the house, and without the relationships that Dave has created, it would have turned into a major problem. Because of Dave and his team the whole thing went smoother than ice. I feel very lucky to have picked Dave as my realtor.
Bought a Townhouse home in 2014 for approximately $225K in Fullerton, CA.
Dave is a complete joy to work with. He is very knowledgable and will go out of his way for clients. He is very patient and will work to find something in your price range. He really cares about his clients too.If you are looking for a great realtor Dave is your man. I would defenenty use him again in the future.
I paid my first mortgage note on August 30th, 2013. I cannot express in words how elated I was to send that first payment. I can't recall a day in my life that I have ever been excited to send a rent check (um... never).
Dave Hibbard taught me how to be passionate about something that I love. He did this by finding what he knew would be our Perfect Home. He saw what we liked and what we were not interested in and was able to direct us to our Dream Home. How? Because he was living there with us, right along with our emotions. He was observant to our reactions and was able to target the qualities he knew were most important to us.
We found our Home on July 6th and we were accepted on the 7th. We moved in on August 7th, due to Chris Moreno, a resource given to us by Dave. At the final walk thru, the selling agent told us about all of the other offers that were made, including cash offers and offers from buyers more qualified than ourselves. How we got in, I don't know. What I do know is that Dave advocated for us; went to bat for us all the way until the end (though he still checks in weekly to see how we are doing). Oh, and did I mention that we had equity before escrow even closed?
This is my first home and may not be my last. What I do know now is what my tools and resources are. That said, a mandatory resource is Dave Hibbard. Why? Because he lives thru the eyes of humanity, just like the rest of us. He bleeds the same way we do and is able to share the true journey of what people go through when buying their DREAM HOME. I truely belive that this is why he works so hard, because HE believes that our dreams can really become a reality... And he has the resources to make it happen.
I trust that anyone who meets Dave will understand and share my feelings within the first few minutes of meeting him because of how honest, open, and willing he is to make it happen.
Dave, I know that we were a bit picky about what we wanted and can't thank you enough for how envolved you were and happy we are now!

Dave is professional, trustworthy and very sharp. I've worked with Dave on several transactions now, and I plan to use him again in the future. Dave is not only friendly and responsive, but genuinely cares about delivering for each and every client. He is easily reachable, he still picks up the phone when you call, a rarity in today's voicemail world. Dave lives up to his reputation as a smart and savvy agent who will fight for your interests, not his own (an important quality in real estate). His expert advice and guidance got me through every step of a difficult process. I wouldn't use anyone else.
Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Pico Rivera, CA.
Dave was a great agent to have sell my home. My house was only on the market for 3 days and received plenty of offers and sold my house within the first week of being listed. I met with a few agents and wasn't impressed so I decided to sell my home on my own until I met Dave. He presented himself and his company so well he sold me and decided to use him and I'm glad I did. He was always there when I would call with questions.. Dave is a wonderful agent and I recommend him to anyone selling or buying a home.
Our real estate experience was not a typical sell and buy as we were involved in a Probate/Conservatorship purchase which lasted 3-4 months. Dave was helpful throughout the process and represented us well. He was friendly and easy to get along with and did his job professionally and honestly.
Dave helped me find a beautiful home in Fullerton, CA. He was extremely helpful and understood the entire process. I really enjoyed working with him and his team. He referred me to an awesome lender who closed our loan in 15 days. The process was smooth and hassle free. I would highly recommend Dave to all my friends and family.

I worked with Dave for a mutual client and the purchase of their home. We completed the transaction in under 3 weeks. In this market, you have to be on top of your game to complete a home purchase as quickly and seamlessly as Dave engineered. Thank you Dave for a job well done.

How to I begin to thank Dave for finding the home that I had always hoped to have??? When I began the home buying process, I did not know where to begin or in which direction to turn. I had searched the web for months and went into every open house that I could find. This process began to become a tedious and discouraging task, but I didnt know where else to turn. I thought it may be fruitless until I happen to search a sight and sent in my information. The person on the other line was Dave Hibbard.
What a breath of fresh air! He emailed me right back and asked if it was ok if he called me or would I prefer to call him and that alone was refreshing. (For all of you looking, I am sure you understand the often pushy and relentless realtors that you have come into contact with.) We began to narrow down the search and he began immediately sending me listings on homes that fit my criteria. He was very diligent in not trying to convince me to change my mind on what I wanted in a house based on what he had in his listings, and that was a really nice change.
From the very beginning, the process was exhausting, and Dave did an amazing job of keeping me informed and eased my mind when the first house I bid on fell through after a lengthy negotiation process. He encouraged me to keep looking and never lost faith that we would find our dream home. I definitely needed that! He always called, texted, emailed on listings and checked on my frame of mind throughout the whole process.
He tirelessly searched and visited homes and became an expert on what my husband and I were looking for in a home. In the end, we found the perfect home for our family and Dave had a great deal of contacts to help us in all of the logistics of purchasing a home.
I can't express the amount of gratitude I have for Dave and his consistent patience and understanding through one of the most emotional processes of my life. I would recommend (and have) to all my friends and I hope that you take the time to contact him. He will make the experience of buying a home one that you can look back and smile about.
