Where do scholar children from Rhodes Elementary go to Jr. High and High School?

Answer
I'm sorry, I'm not sure if you added to your question or if I just didn't read it in it's entirety when I answered your question. There are a lot of private schools in the Chino/Chino Hills area. However, they can be quite pricey. On average most are at least $500 a month. I have friends that send their kids to these local private schools. So, you have a couple of choices, you can buy a lower priced home and spend the extra money on private school, or you can take that money and buy in Chino Hills and send them to top rated public schools. Either way, you will be happy with the Chino Valley/Chino Hills area. I've lived here 20 years and love it. Somebody already mentioned Ontario Christian which would be the closest private high school. I have a few friends that are very happy with that school. Good luck!

Is there something wrong when an appraisal neglects to include similar homes in a new development?

Answer
I'm a little confused on the situation. The homes that appraiser refuses to use, have they been sold? How long ago? I do know that an appraiser will not use builder comparables. I had the same situation a few years ago. I was selling a home in a tract that the builder still had homes for sale. The appraiser would not use the builder's closed homes. They had to be resales. I'm not sure if it's changed, but I know they couldn't and wouldn't do it 5 years ago. It was a pain. Clearly the value was there, but we didn't have any comps to support it. I do know that appraisers are very strict on the 3 month rule. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Do i need an agent to purchase from owner; lease or land contract?

Answer
Not in California, I don't know the rules or regulations of other states. It's not advised. The pitfalls of real estate are best navigated by those who work in it on a daily basis. Experience counts for a lot. But if you do, good luck.

HOW DO I OBTAIN REFINANCE INFORMATION ON A HOME

Answer
If you have a relationship with your local Realtor, ask him/her for a referral. As a Realtor I can tell you I've worked with a LOT of lenders and they are not all the same. Be sure to work with somebody whom comes highly recommended and has a lot of experience. Lending is a tough business and you want to work with the best. Good luck.

no zillow

Response
Is your house for sale or do you just mean general statistics regarding your house? If you mean general information, such as how much you purchased it for, how many bedrooms, etc., I think you might be out of luck. Unfortunately, this type of information is public record.

Where do scholar children from Rhodes Elementary go to Jr. High and High School?

Answer
Rhodes feeds into Magnolia Jr. High School. The high school could be Don Lugo or Chino High School. If you go to the Chino Unified School District Site there is a link called school boundries. You can input an address and it'll tell you where your child would go. If you concentrate on Chino Hills, their Jr. High and High Schools are top performers for the entire county.

is there alot of crime on goldenrod ct or camelia ct me and my wife are looking to rent on norton

Answer
The Chino Police Station can answer that question for you along with statistics such as what types of crimes have taken place, etc. If you want to know of any  offenders in the area you can search meganslaw.ca.gov. Zillow wouldn't allow the type of offender on here. It called it inappropriate, but you know what I'm talking about.

Is it ok to walk away from my home?

Answer
Dear Curious,It would depend on what you mean by "Ok." Are you asking from a moral stand point? I'll assume you mean legally. This is not a simple answer. "Walking away" from your home, doesn't mean the debt won't follow you. It would depend on which lien is foreclosing. There are many programs available to help you exit your home as gracefully as possible. My top choice being, Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives Program (HAFA). Of course this is a new program and has not had the chance to stand the test of time, but I am optimistic about this program. You can read more about it at www.makinghomeaffordable.gov/hafa.htmlRemember, as much as you may want to walk away at this point, a short sale may be and usually is the best option when a loan modification isn't an option.

I'm looking to sell to the renters in our home. Can you handle the documents?

Answer
What state are you in? Call your local Realtor and I'm sure they'd be happy to do it for a small price compared to a traditional listing. I know I've done it plenty of times.
