James is very knowledgeable about real estate. He always answer our questions patiently. Also he is also very responsive. He almost never fail to answer a phone call or reply an email. When the seller could not reach agreements with some of our conditions, James stepped out and helped both sides settle the deal. Best experience with real estate agent that we have ever had!…MoreLess
