I just wanted to send you a huge thank you for all you did to short sell our two properties in Palm Harbor, FL.
When we realized that there was no way out, we started looking for a local real estate agent to help us. After several calls, we were referred through a friend to contact Karen to get the huge task accomplished. We consider ourselves very fortunate that we did. Karen's expertise and knowledge about ‘short sales’ and "foreclosures" was to say the least, remarkable. Her personal knowledge of this process combined with her contacts made the complex process simple. After providing her with some basic information, she took care of everything up to the point the Bank accepted the offer.
