Anna is by far the best realtor we have worked with in our 5 experiences with buying/selling a home. We've relied on her to both sell and purchase a home, and the effort she put into both projects is why we will continue to rely on her and recommend her to our friends. Anna's recommendations on how to prepare our home for sale, and her keen insight into the local market and realtors allowed us to get top dollar for our home (even in a declining market) with terms and a timeline that were best for us. our experience with Anna was one that was second to none, we had tried working with several real estate agents before we found Anna through Help-u-Sells excellent advertisements on TV. and Print we ended up saving so much money working with Anna that we were able to completely furnish our new apartment, Yes 5 stars on all counts.…More Less

Sold a home in 2008.
Anna was recommended to us by a friend of my daughter in law while we lived in Ewa Beach. We were trying to sell our house at the time. Our contract with the other realtor had expired. We had heard of Help-You-Sell and we wanted to sell our house with not to much extra costs involved. So we contacted Anna Garcia, Help-U-Sell Home Advisors. She came over to our house and gave us all the details and what to expect. At the time sales of homes was slow and the economy was starting to go down. We listed our home with her and she provided all the items needed to post our home on the Multiple listing. We got lots of showing but no person or persons of interest. She gave us incouragement, she said there is someone out there for your house. She continue to work hard for us and sure enough she had a buyer for us within months. What was so awesome was that this buyer didn't even come down to see our house. And they gave us the price we were asking, too! We really appreciated what she did for us. From the listing all the way to the closing she was there for us. And for that we really Thank Her Very Much! I would not hestiate to use her again if needed, but I would highly recommend Her to others, too!…More Less
